At Altamount House Hotel our policy is to individually tailor the day’s events to your requirements. We endeavour to accommodate all of your wishes, making all your ideals a reality to provide you with happy memories of your special day.  We are licensed to hold civil wedding ceremonies and have a choice of rooms enabling us to cater for weddings of all sizes. You can also choose to be married in our exquisite gardens.

The beautiful Terrace Room is perfect for larger wedding reception, it seats 120 for dinner or up to 150 for a buffet. The room opens out to the patio and overlooks our mature gardens which provide a superb setting for your wedding photographs. Larger number can be catered for in a marquee.

Our private dinning room with the magnificent Adam fire place and stunning stained glass decorative panel is ideal for weddings seating up to 40 guests.

For more intimate weddings the Victorian style drawing room with its Adam fire place and wonderful decorative ceiling seats about 20 guests.

Wedding menus can be selected from our wedding meal lists or created by you. Drinks package are available and we are happy to discuss these with you on request.

We will be happy to assist you in co coordinating all your arrangements and can recommend or arrange other items such as wedding cake, flowers, photographer, all styles of entertainment, in fact anything you might need for your special day.
